Unfortunately we cannot deliver on Sunday. However, some selected items can be delivered on Monday. Call by 11:00 am EST weekdays for next day delivery. |

May I change the date of my order's delivery?

What if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?
Flowers & Floral Art has an agreement with FedEx and UPS stating that a delivery signature is not necessary. |

What time will the flowers be delivered?
The arrangements we have made with FedEx and UPS is that they can deliver anytime up to 4:30 pm to a business address and 7:00 pm to a residence address. |

Can the flowers be sent to a P.O. Box?
We are not able to make deliveries to Puerto Rico, to an APO or FPO or to a P.O. Box. |

Can Flowers & Floral Arts products be shipped abroad?
We regret that we cannot ship our products to destinations outside of the United States.

Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes we can deliver to hospitals but in most instances, we are delivering to the shipping and receiving department and not directly to your recipient. |
